  • Emily thrives in environments in which she can have a positive impact on those around her. Offering support and helping people feel safe and connected has led to her interest in managing people’s homes. Her background in accountancy accompanied by her time spent studying a Mathematics with Economics degree has given her a readily applicable mathematical foundation. Emily spends most of her days on the football pitch representing Bristol City FC and relishes spending spare time with her family and completing further studies. Having been a tenant on many occasions coupled with the passion to build spaces people look forward to coming home to, she is enthusiastic to elevate stress for landlords and provide a service she can be proud of.

  • Ffion has a passion for building relationships and empowering people to live their best lives. Having spent many years in the tech industry working in sales, this was one of her main aims when working with business owners. Most of the time Ffion has a football at her feet. Representing her home country of Wales and being a Bristol City player is something she has always dreamed of as a little girl. She enjoys quality time with her family and partner when she’s not on the pitch. Growing up with the desire to have her own property portfolio, she wants to empower landlords to have a hands-free property so they can live their best lives.

Having both lived in shared houses for many years, we know the standard for HMOs are very low. We always hoped to come across beautiful spaces we could call home, but struggled to find rooms which were truly cared about. We understand the fundamental details which separate overlooked, under maintained houses from comfortable, homely spaces.
